The context

This proyect was as part of the works that Laboratoria's bootcamp asigned to me during my UX design specialization. The challenge was to explore and create a new kind of bank for millenials. I made this proyect with a partner that Laboratoria asigned to me.

The challenge and what I learned

The challenge was to find what is the main pain point for millennials when they use banks and also what do they want to do for their lives and what do they expect of that.

All the research we made gave us an important point of view , that was the main millennials ' insight, that led us to define the name of our bank that we called "YOLO" which means you only live once. Some of the most valuable features that we tested with users where: first recharge transport services like "Metropolitano and Línea 1 Tren eléctrico" and second to create a share account with a friend or family in order to save money for traveling or something else they want.
